Since her Olympic success in 2010 Amy is used to receiving awards, both international and at home in the UK and understands the important recognition that goes alongside receiving an award. Amy can present awards for various different schemes, from television awards to school sports awards. Nothing gives her greater pleasure then presenting an award to other successful winners.

In 2012 Amy announced her retirement from Skeleton following a number of injuries. Passionate about the sport Amy wanted to continue working in her specialist field and in 2013 BBC 2 announced Amy as co-presenter on the 35th series of Ski Sunday.

As well as taking up a new role as Team GB Ambassador, with Robin Cousins, she has also taken a commentator role with the BBC Sport commentating team specialising in the ice sports of skeleton and bobsleigh. Also a presenter on Channel 5's The Gadget Show.
