Sarah Storey is Great Britain's most decorated Paralympian having recently added to the 11 golds, 8 silver and 3 bronze she had already accumulated over 5 Paralympic Games. Tokyo was her 6th Paralympics, after nearly 30 years! This includes 4 Golds at the London 2012 Games. Her achievement is all the more remarkable by the fact she has won the medals in two different sports - swimming and cycling.

Daley Thompson claims more decathlon honours than anybody before or after him. He was the first person ever to hold the World, Olympic, Commonwealth and European titles at the same time, as well as the World Record. He was unbeaten in competition for 9 years.
