Azeem Rafiq came to prominence when he reported systemic racist abuse he had suffered while playing for Yorkshire Cricket Club. The club initially tried to brush it under the carpet, but through his determination and strength of character, turned whistleblower to save others from facing the same.
He has now written a book of his experiences which has just been published, and is taking on speaking engagements, detailing his experiences, and helping companies to become more open and accessible environments for people of colour.
